Sahar Bardaie (b. 1977, Tehran) is a visual artist, illustrator and art researcher based in Tehran and Istanbul. Over the course of her career, she has led numerous specialized workshops in drawing and illustration in both Iran and Turkey. Her work has been showcased in various specialized exhibitions across Iran, Europe, and the United States, earning her multiple awards.

Sahar Bardaie's collection of linocut prints and drawings delves into the concept of wind, centering on Bad-e Saba as a “good wind” in contrast to “bad wind.” Through a contemporary approach that prioritizes process over outcome, Bardaie reinterprets line and its spatial presence, offering a fresh perspective on drawing. The project challenges the boundaries between objective reality and subjective perception, presenting wind as both a physical phenomenon and a tangible, sensory experience.

Prints are sold unframed.
