Sami Hayek lives and works in Los Angeles. He grew up in Veracruz, Mexico, to a Lebanese father, and an Oaxacan mother. His introduction to a diverse array of cultures and community-focused upbringing played a huge role in his creative development, and who he is as a designer today.
With the notion that objects absorb and emit intention, Sami Hayek creates patterns based on solfeggio sounds and sacred geometry, with the purpose of raising the vibration of functional and nonfunctional objects.
